Happy New Year!

Isn't that totally like me to not wish "the bloggers" a Happy New Year until 5 days later. I am so bad at keeping up with this.

So, other news. In 2006, GreedyK and I decided to take the no-diet diet challenge. We stuck to a workout schedule and allowed ourselves to eat how we wish. I am proud to say that we both lost about 5lbs from this (and kept it off). I know that sounds ridiculous to only loose 5 lbs in a year, but after dieting and working hard and never losing weight. The fact that we were able to eat what we want and we shed some pounds was awesome. So I have decided to stick with the no-diet diet.

I also, for my own sake, want to write down what happened in 2006. I believe it was one of the best years I have had. I got a new job, that pays more, and I do less. I lost 5lbs. I had the best year with KC. And I took a vacation for the first time in 4 years. It always scares me when a good year has gone by. I have this theory that you rotate years. Good year, bad year, good year, bad. So that means I am not looking forward to 2007, bad year. Is that terrible that I have already deemed this year bad before it has happened? I just don't know how this could be a better year than last. Mostly because I feel so good about my relationship with KC that I can't imagine it can go up from where we are right now. He is the best. I haven't ever had just a nuetral year, so maybe we can make that 2007. I would be okay with that. SO, here is to the nuetral year of 2007, let us remain how we are.
