Remix to Ignition

This week I've already covered some interesting running tunes. But I know what you really DYING to know is what I'll be listening to during the half-marathon. [so maybe not]. Anyway...  I wanted to do this last race, but never got the time to put the mix together. But this time, I am doing it right. A theme every mile.

[note: these might seem like loose themes, they are...but nonetheless, still themes. And they make sense to me. So deal.]

After I created this I thought, it would be fun to do a run to other variations. Decades, Genres, Etc. Maybe for another race.

[Note: if you create your own mile by mile playlist you'll want to build in buffer songs. I usually go with mostly 3 songs under each mile. That way if you aren't feeling it, you can skip ahead without running out of music. I also test out the songs, you NEVER want to change things up too much for race day. If it ain't broke don't fix it, right? So I don't go with new songs unless I've had a chance to test them out in a prior training run.]

  2. I was just putting my list together the other night. We have a lot of the same songs. I'm so glad bossy made it on your list too. Instead of pretty boy by dainty Kane I went with damaged. I don't have waking up in Vegas or telephone but I need to get them. Good luck! Make sure to call me after, if not before.
