Monday
3 mile run outside
w/1.5 mile hill
Weight training: Legs
Tuesday
4 mile run
Extremely sore from Monday weights.
Not an easy run.
Wednesday
1 hour cycling class
Thursday
1 hour Master Swim Class
1250m
Saturday
9 mile run outside
Felt pain in my IT band during last mile.
Also had pain in my ankle (inside).
Sunday
3 mile run outside
w/1.5 hills and wind
Weight Training: Legs
